Our Alaska state flags are authentically reproduced with special attention to detail and durability. Our Alaska state flags come in two types of fabric, nylon and polyester II.
Nylon offers an affordable flag that is sturdy enough for outdoor use while our polyester II state flags are made with the most durable flagmaking materials on the market today.
We also sell indoor Alaska state flags that come with a gold fringe and pole sleeve for indoor use.
You can choose from our different flag sizes and fabric types below.
Alaska was the 49th state admitted to the Union
Flag Adopted: 1927
Flag History: This flag was designed by a thirteen year old seventh grader named Benny Benson. His design won a state contest in 1927.
The blue in the flag is for the state flower (Forget-me-not) and the Alaskan sky. The gold is for the natural wealth.
The Big Dipper and North Star are symbolic for Alaska's position in relation to the heavens.
